The App Store version replaces the beta — same login, same everything. You can delete TestFlight if you're done testing.

1Tap Download APK below. File saves to your Downloads folder.

2Open the file. If it says "For your security, your phone isn't allowed to install unknown apps from this source", tap Settings → toggle Allow from this source ON (one-time only).

3Then Google Play Protect will show "App blocked to protect your device". This is normal for beta apps — Play Protect just hasn't reviewed our developer signature yet. Tap More details → Install anyway.

4Open the app, log in with your member email.

Why the scary warning?
Google Play Protect flags every sideloaded app it hasn't seen before — that includes ours. It's not saying the app is dangerous, just that it's new. Once we go live on the Google Play Store, the warning goes away.
