By using the INFAMOUZ Racing app you agree to these terms. Read them — the assumption-of-risk section especially. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
Membership & billing
- INFAMOUZ offers membership tiers with different features and perks.
- Billing is handled through Stripe or Apple, depending on how you sign up.
- You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future charges; there are no refunds for partial months.
Assumption of risk
INFAMOUZ is a social + telemetry app for motorsport enthusiasts. The telemetry, lean, and speed data it shows is for entertainment only. It is not a safety device and is not guaranteed to be accurate.
You are solely responsible for riding and driving legally and safely. Obey all traffic laws. Racing belongs on closed tracks, not public roads. To the maximum extent permitted by law, INFAMOUZ (vdssi llc) is not liable for accidents, injuries, tickets, or damages arising from your use of the app.
Rider Down SOS
Rider Down SOS is a best-effort feature to alert your crew. It is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 911.
Your content
- You own your content. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display it in the app so the community can see it.
- No illegal content, harassment, impersonation, or spam.
- We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.
Voice rooms
Be decent. Don't record other people without their consent.
Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account anytime at /delete-account.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
