Privacy Policy

This is how INFAMOUZ handles your info. Plain English, no fine-print games. The short version: everything stays first-party — it lives on our own app and our own servers, we don't run third-party ad trackers, and we never sell your data.
What we collect
- Account — your name, username, email, phone, profile photo, and the bike/car garage info you add.
- Precise GPS + ride telemetry — routes, speed, lean angle, g-force, and motion sensors, recorded only while you record a ride. Rides are private by default until you choose to share them, and the start/end of a shared route is cropped so your home isn't given away.
- Content you create — posts, photos and videos, stories (which auto-expire after 24 hours unless you pin them), comments, messages, and group chats.
- Voice rooms — live audio only. We do not record or store voice-room audio.
- Purchases — handled by Stripe and Apple. We never see your full card number.
- Device + security — device model, OS, app version, push token, IP address, and login records, kept for fraud and security.
- Usage analytics — screens you view, time spent, and in-app taps and actions (likes, follows, RSVPs, rides recorded). This is first-party only — it stays on our servers.
How we use it
- To run the features you use every day.
- To power recommendations — your feed and the For You surface.
- For safety, including Rider Down SOS.
- To improve the app and send you service messages (receipts, confirmations, security notices).
- We may use your in-app activity to show you relevant INFAMOUZ offers — never other companies' ads.
What we DON'T do
- We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal data — to anyone.
- We don't use third-party advertising SDKs.
- We don't do cross-app or cross-site tracking.
- We don't work with data brokers. To be explicit: we never sell your location.
Sharing
- Only what you choose to share — your ride visibility (Everyone, Friends, or a specific Group) and your post audience are yours to set.
- Service providers under contract — Stripe (payments), Apple (App Store purchases), our hosting provider, and push-notification delivery. They handle data on our behalf, not for their own use.
- Legal requests — only when we're required to by law.
Your rights
- Delete your account and data anytime in-app at /delete-account.
- Export a copy of your data by emailing [email protected].
- California and EU privacy rights are honored for everyone, wherever you live.
Retention
We keep your account data until you delete it. Analytics may be kept longer in aggregate form (counts and trends that aren't tied to you personally).

INFAMOUZ Racing is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 17. If a parent or guardian believes their minor child has signed up, contact [email protected] and we will delete the account.
Changes
If we materially change this policy we will email all members at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
